CAMPUS RECRUITMENT OF ACCENTURE 2011     
                                    

Accenture came to recruit final year students from UVCE,Bangalore. Cut-off was 60% for all the branches but students having the aggregate 70% and above were selected for direct interviews.No live backlog was allowed. The whole process was a 2 day affair. 

                                                                   Day 1:

For the students having aggregate of above 70% interview was conducted. It was single interview which had both technical as well as hr round . Around 85 students out of 170+ were selected in that batch.

For the students who had less than 70% aggregate 1 aptitude test was conducted. The test was divided into 3 parts. Duration of the test was 1 hour followed by an essay writing test (it wasn't evaluated though).

1. English test. - This section had 2 RC's and fill in the blanks (normal usage of the articles i.e. a,an,the). RCs were based on PL-SQl. Around 20 questions and it was quite easy.
2. Logical Reasoning test- Around 20 questions mostly based on logic and a few on sets. 
3. Data based- Data was given and careful examination of the data was tested in this section. 15 questions in this section. 

Results were announced soon. 29 people out of 150+ were selected for the interviews to be held on day 2.

                                                                  Day 2 :
1st technical interview was conducted. Questions were asked from c and c++. Questions were asked on data hiding, encapsulation and arrays. 

After that hr interview was conducted which was really cool. Just describe yourself and what you know about Accenture. Later Hr asked the preferred job location.

Results were announced soon and a total of 114 students were selected from the college.
